After this commitment, I was finally beginning to see some progress. Hearing my wife compliment me with, "You look like you're losing weight," or simply feeling proud of my efforts after each session made it worthwhile. Yet, the nagging thought crept in: hadn’t I earned a break? Surely, one day off wouldn’t hurt. Right?
