A few years back, I was engulfed in disorder. Balancing a demanding job, family needs, and various personal issues left me feeling perpetually behind. Stress had become a constant presence, robbing me of sleep and joy. Anxiety seemed to peak, and happiness felt elusive.

During a particularly tough week, a dear friend suggested I attend a mindfulness seminar. Skeptical but curious, I thought, “What’s the worst that could happen?” To my surprise, the seminar opened my eyes.
