Celebrating Six Years of Sober Living: A Personal Journey

Written on

Chapter 1: A Milestone in Sobriety

Today marks a significant occasion for me—six years of living a fulfilling, sober life.

A serene moment reflecting on sobriety

This image perfectly encapsulates my feelings today. Alcohol has been completely excluded from my life—safeguarded, restricted, and inaccessible. While there’s ample availability, I choose not to let it enter my body.

To which I replied, “Just to see if I can do it.”

And I did! I've successfully completed six Dry Julys since then. This year, I’m contributing to cancer research and treating myself to another piece of jewelry from Belle Robertson to commemorate my journey. This one caught my eye…
